Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the Q5 Management Business-to-Business website ("Q5 B2B Website", "we", "us", "our") and the purchase of goods by registered business customers ("Customer", "you", "your"). By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Account Registration

1.1. Only registered business customers may access and place orders on the Q5 B2B Website.
1.2. You must create an account and provide accurate business information, including trading name, billing address, delivery address, and contact details.
1.3. Q5 Management reserves the right to request additional information to verify your business identity and trading status.

2. Credit Checks & Approvals

2.1. All customers are subject to a credit assessment before being granted full account access and 30-day invoicing terms.
2.2. Q5 Management may use third-party credit agencies to perform these checks.
2.3. Q5 Management reserves the right to refuse credit, restrict ordering permissions, or require upfront payment at its sole discretion.
2.4. Until credit approval is granted, orders may require full payment prior to dispatch.

3. Ordering Requirements

3.1. The minimum value for your first order is £350.
3.2. Orders placed after your first approved order will be invoiced under 30-day payment terms unless otherwise agreed.
3.3. All orders are subject to availability. Q5 Management may refuse any order at its discretion.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

4.1. Prices displayed on the Q5 B2B Website are exclusive of VAT unless otherwise stated.
4.2. Payment terms for approved credit accounts are 30 days from invoice date.
4.4. Title to goods remains with Q5 Management until all invoices are paid in full.

5. Bulk Price Discounts

5.1 The following discounts can be applied by your account manager to BULK orders. (Please discuss with your account manager):

  • 2.5% discount for orders of £2000 - £3000
  • 3.5% for orders between £3000 to £5000
  • 5% for orders for orders over £5000

6. Termination

6.1 Failure to pay will be sent to debt collection agency after payment term is exceeded.

7. Delivery & Charges

7.1. Delivery is included Free of Charge with your order as long as the £350.00 minimum order value is reached.
7.2. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
7.3. Risk in the goods transfers to you upon delivery or collection by your chosen carrier.

8. Returns, Shortages & Damages

8.1. Any damaged, defective, or missing items must be reported in writing within 48 hours of delivery.
8.2. Returns are accepted only with prior authorisation from Q5 Management by reporting the issue to either your account manager or our customer service team prior to shipping. Our customer service team can be contacted at customerservice@q5-management.com.
8.3. All damages must be documented with clear, close up images of any damage.
8.4. Goods must be returned unused, in original packaging, and in re-saleable condition unless faulty.
8.5. Any agreed returns or damages will be credited to your account and will be taken off future orders.
8.6. Replacement items will be shipped with next order.
8.7. The damaged items can either be returned or destroyed at the discretion of your account manager.

9. Website Use

9.1. You agree not to misuse the Q5 B2B Website, including attempts to access restricted areas or interfere with system functionality.
9.2. All content on the website, including product data and images, is the property of Q5 Management and may not be reproduced without permission.

10. Liability

10.1. Q5 Management is not responsible for indirect, consequential, or business losses arising from delayed delivery, product issues, or website downtime.
10.2. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

11. Suspension & Termination

11.1. Q5 Management may suspend or terminate account access if you:

  • Breach these Terms
  • Fail to make payments on time
  • Provide fraudulent or misleading information

11.2. Outstanding balances remain payable after termination.

12. Amendments

12.1. Q5 Management may update these Terms at any time.
12.2. Continued use of the Q5 B2B Website after changes indicates acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

13.1. These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
13.2. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales.
